Ricardo Baeza-Yates

Ricardo is a Chilean computer scientist specializing in algorithms, data structures, information retrieval, web search and responsible AI. Since 2025 he is a part-time Wallenberg AI, Autonomous Systems and Software Program professor at the KTH Royal Institute of Technology of Sweden in Stockholm. Ricardo is a Visiting Full Professor, Khoury College of Computer Sciences, Courtesy Appointment.

Gen. David Barnes

Brigadier General David Barnes, PhD (US Army, Retired) is a preeminent authority in artificial intelligence (AI), strategic digital transformation, and innovation leadership. With extensive military, academic, and technology experience, David has shaped organizational strategies and technological advancements in defense, healthcare, cybersecurity, and higher education. As the former Chief AI Ethics Officer for the US Army AI Integration Center, Professor-US Military Academy, and Visiting Fellow at Oxford University, David’s work has driven transformative innovation at the intersection of policy, technology, and leadership. He was honored to be named among Forbes' “15 AI Ethics Leaders Showing the World the Way of the Future.”

Sergey Bratus

Sergey is a Dartmouth College Distinguished Professor in Cyber Security, Technology, and Society and an Associate Professor of Computer Science. In 2018--2024 he served as a Program Manager at DARPA's Information Innovation Office (I2O), where he created multiple fundamental research programs in cybersecurity, resilience, and sustainment of critical software.
